Virgina and Ohio – it looks like it all comes down to the two so-called battleground states.
More than two-thirds of the vote in Virginia is in and Romney leads by four percent.
“But keep an eye on the Washington suburbs: Fairfax County, Loudoun County and Prince William County, where only a tenth of the vote has been reported so far,” says New York Times blog FiveThirtyEight.
Dorothy Mayhew, economic officer for the US Consulate General in Auckland, is from Virginia. “Most people in Virginia will vote based on a couple of key issues and it may turn towards Obama.”
Current status in Ohio: 56% in – 48% for Romney and 51% for Obama. That’s 99%! That’s CNN for you.
